What is CAMEO?
CAMEO offers an opportunity to meet with like minded people who are, or have been in contact with York Alcohol Service.

Cameo offers an aid to maintain recovery and a continuous link with Alcohol Services.

Who Can Join CAMEO?
Cameo is made up of people who are or have been in treatment for support with a problematic relationship with alcohol living in the York area. 

This group also welcomes concerned others/carers who have sought support from local agencies.

Things We Do?

·      Have a chat and offer support

·      Guest speakers

·      Advising York Alcohol Services on development

·      Passing on feedback and thoughts about the service

·      Developing the group

·      Arrange social events

·      Book club

·      Have fun and relax!

·      Avoid drinking on the day of the meeting

·      Maintain confidentiality of group

Friday night meetings

·      6:30—7:30pm

·      1st and 3rd Friday of each month

Social meetings

·      Last Wednesday of every month

·      1—4pm
